APOCALYPSE OR WHY UKRAINIAN JEWS ARE NOT NAZIS

In future textbooks of history and political philosophy, Putin's actions in February 2022 will be analyzed exclusively by psychiatrists. This is how one can explain the statements of the President of Russia about the need for denazification of Ukraine, where in 2019 Volodymyr Zelenskyy, an ethnic Jew, was elected President. According to various estimates, between 56,000 and 140,000 Jews live in Ukraine, and almost 200,000 Ukrainian citizens have the right to return to Israel according to their origin.

From the first days of the war, rabbis of Ukraine and Jewish organizations called for peace and prayer for peace.

The United Jewish Community of Ukraine noted that information should be checked in official sources, such as the websites of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the State Emergency Service (DSNS), the National Police and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. That is, to trust only the Ukrainian authorities.

The Ukrainian Jewish Committee, led by Eduard Dolinsky, condemned Russia's aggression against Ukraine and called on Russia to cease hostilities. It should be emphasized that a significant number of Ukrainian experts considered that Dolinsky's actions were aimed at inciting ethnic hatred and working in Russia's interests.

In a conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, Putin once again stressed the need to denazify Ukraine.

It is impossible to explain the surrealism of Russia's rhetoric about Ukraine. This requires knowing the truth, because only it can set us free. Therefore, on February 21, in Uman took place an event that simply explains the state of Ukrainian-Jewish relations.

A community of Bratslav Hasids in Uman has decided to donate an ambulance for the needs of the Ukrainian military fighting in the Donbas.

"Let this car be at the battlefront, and after the war they will return it to us. Let the ambulance be there for as long as it takes. The lives of people who are currently at war are very important to us”, said Chaim Khazin, a member of the community.

The transport was handed over to the Ukrainian volunteer medical battalion "Hospitallers".

On February 26, a rally in support of Ukraine took place in the Israeli capital, Tel Aviv, which, according to local police, was attended by more than 17,000 people.

On February 28, a billionaire Roman Abramovich, a citizen of Russia and Israel, was involved in talks between Russia and Ukraine, the BBC and the Israeli newspaper Jerusalem Post reported.

Indeed, we live in apocalyptic times of post-truth, when Jews are accused of Nazism and other Jews, with the help of the state of Israel, have to prove to the Russians that no denazification is necessary in Ukraine.
